Kaitlyn Meyers is our brilliant Client Navigator and is generally in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She is your first line of contact as a new client, and your go-to person if you have questions or concerns. Kaitlyn can be reached at the main Changing Tides phone number, 907.306.8161 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you email or phone Kaitlyn, she will ask you a few short questions in order to best connect you to a provider who will hopefully be good fit for you. Kaitlyn will then email you all the paperwork for your initial appointment, and will be happy to answer any questions about the paperwork. She will also direct you to our online therapyappointment.com site in which you will be able to register as a new client and add or change your personal information at any time.
Look for Kaitlyn in the lobby. She will likely welcome you to the office and offer you a cup or coffee or tea. If you prefer not to be approached, just let Kaitlyn or your provider know.
Kaitlyn may also be able to assist you with legal or medical advocacy, care coordination or case management services, parenting the traumatized child classes, Love and Logic parenting groups, and individual skill building for children. She is also our community networking and agency liaison specialist.
